The batter mix makes perfect fried chicken, and chicken fingers. This versatile batter can also be used for baking for a leaner and less messy ‘fried’ chicken. It makes a down home and delicious chicken every time. *Chicken Fingers Slice boneless tenderloins into 2 inch chunks. Batter and cook according to directions for yummy Mc-Michael Nuggets. *Baked & Fried Chicken For a delicious fried chicken with less fat. Prepare chicken according to directions. Place on a cookie sheet bone side down, bake @ 375 40-50 minutes until done. *Chicken Fried Steak Bread individual servings of ground chuck with batter mix. Pan fry or bake in the oven until golden brown. *Home Frys Slice potatoes into wedges, Soak in buttermilk then dip into batter using Chicken Batter according to directions.
