GRILL-IT
This spice blend adds a unique flavor off ‘just off the grill’ to any food. It can be used as a rub on any cut of meat, or sprinkled on fish for a light blackening. It can also be used as a sprinkle on popcorn, baked potatoes, or scrambled eggs. Use it as a cooking spice in soups and stews to add a smoky flavor. Many people tell us they keep it on the table as a replacement for salt & pepper.
*Red Eye Roast
Coat a 3-4 pound roast with Grill-it, then brown all sides in a heavy skillet. Lower heat and add 2 cups left over strong coffee and 2 cups water. Cover and cook 4-5 hours until done. Check to add water as needed.
*Grilled Hamburgers
Mix beef with diced onion, an egg, and generous amount of Grill-it. Form into patties. Cook on skillet, in George’s grill, or under the broiler for freshly grilled tasting burgers that will melt in your mouth.
*Indian Corn
Cook ears of corn in boiling water until done. Butter, Sprinkle generously with Grill-It for a grilled corn flavor.
*Twice Grilled Potatoes
Bake large potatoes in the oven @ 400 for 1 hour. Open potato, top with grill-it, butter and sour cream.
*Grilled Popping Corn
Pop pop-corn in the microwave. When warm, pour into a large bowl and sprinkle with Grill-it.
*Western Eggs
Scramble eggs as usual, use Grill-it before cooking or as a condiment on the table.
